This summary does not replace the detail below.
1. Before posting
Cancel using your sale in My account, or message the team before dispatch. Do not post a cancelled sale. If you have just posted it, tell us immediately; we will work with you to identify the shipment.
2. After inspection, before acceptance
Read the inspection findings and final offer in your account. You can accept or choose “request return” when the offer is awaiting your decision. You can also message us if something is unclear or you want a return at another point before acceptance.
We will not treat a lack of reply as agreement to an offer, and will not sell or recycle your phone just because you have not responded.
3. Arranging a return
We confirm the return address with you, use suitable protective packaging and provide a dispatch/tracking reference. Return service, any cost and relevant cover must have been disclosed and agreed before you posted to us. There is no automatic inspection or administration charge and no undisclosed deduction. If an arrangement was not agreed, we must resolve it with you rather than invent a fee.
We return the device received, subject to reasonable inspection and any change you expressly authorised. Do not assume erased data can be restored. A suspected stolen device or an unsafe battery may require a lawful or specialist process; we explain the position where permitted.
If return delivery is delayed or the package arrives damaged, contact us promptly and retain packaging and photographs. Responsibility is assessed under the agreed carriage arrangement and applicable law.
4. Once you have accepted
Acceptance of the final offer creates the purchase agreement. Ownership transfers only when full payment clears. After a completed sale there is no automatic change-of-mind reversal promised by this service. This is a sale by you to us, so we do not describe it as an ordinary retail product refund. Any mandatory rights or remedy for our breach remain available.
If payment is late, details are wrong or you dispute the transaction, contact us promptly. We will review the issue and agree or explain the appropriate remedy; we cannot simply reverse a payment through a status button.
5. If something is wrong
Use the Contact page or sale thread with the sale reference, a description and the outcome you want. Keep copies of messages and receipts. Data-protection concerns can also be raised under the Privacy notice.
Use your account to keep questions, findings and updates together.
